Visioning involves discovering a projects unique spirit and voice, where a project's unique character is detected rather than invented.

The team at RSM Design has hosted numerous workshops and stakeholder meetings on project visioning. The goal of this process is to discover the project’s individual purpose and meaning, going well beyond superficial ornamentation. We focus on what truly makes a project unique and distinctive in the market place.

RSM Design has developed a team process that discovers the underlying desires of the stakeholders and creates a compelling vision for the project that will guide the team in the design process. This vision statement along with core values and design imagery are the beginning of a design source book that becomes the team's measuring stick to ensure that all are congruent and aligned with the project's objectives.

By asking quality questions that focus on the key issues, and researching the project site and context, RSM Design discovers a project’s unique spirit and voice that will assist in leading to the success of the project.
