While designing the wayfinding, signage, and graphics for Otay Ranch, RSM Design was presented the opportunity by the developer to design a multiple page, fold out print piece for use in introducing the project to tenants and investors. RSM Design communicated the vision of the town center through bold type and color combined, with RSM photography. Included in the design were demographic charts, proximity maps, and growth statistics.
