The Orchard Town Center, Westminster, Colorado

Set amongst the foothills of the Rocky Mountains northwest of Denver, The Orchard Town Center's abundant exterior plazas and gardens create a wonderful complement to the numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment venues within this mixed-use development. The RSM Design team worked closely with the numerous architects to seamlessly integrate specialty graphics, signage, custom art installations, and architectural embellishments into the facades to add a layer of detail typically not seen within similar types of projects. The Arts & Crafts style of the architecture and artisans of the surrounding communities, along with references to the apple orchards in the area, created a rich palette of color, texture, pattern, and art that was woven throughout the guest's experience.
