At RSM's first visit to the project site, the team was immediately struck by the large boulders being quarried from the area. While contractors explained how the boulders needed to be transported off-site, RSM saw an opportunity to build the identity and comprehensive architectural graphics program onto these boulders, as these rock forms clearly expressed the origins and essence of the project's origin. The solidity of the rugged stone was juxtaposed against glass and the unexpected pairing of these materials emphasized their contrasting natures, and enhanced the use of each.
