Campus Pointe, Fresno, California

Located on the east side of Fresno State University, this urban community features a dynamic streetscape of residential, entertainment, dining, and retail, that will address the lifestyle needs of students, seniors, and community members. RSM Design created the brand, street names, signage, graphics, and wayfinding inspired by the university's culture and local agriculture. The designs for the signage and graphics were developed with the creativity of the campus in mind. Eclectic and whimsical specialty graphic elements enrich the project with discovery and surprise found in pavings, murals, and mascot finials.
