RSM Design was pleased to work with the founding family and development team to carry the legacy of the family into the next century. The team at RSM researched the rich history of the area to create names and a naming strategy for the overall development and individual components of the residential neighborhoods and commercial developments. In addition to the naming, logos, and brand development, RSM created entry signage, community wayfinding, and neighborhood design standards for items such as regulatory and street signs, addressing, mail boxes, and numerous others to enhance the communities overall brand aesthetic.
