A future mixed-use development located in San Diego, California was in need of a project name that would bring the architects and developers vision to life. Through complete analysis of the project's vision, architecture, and landscape, research of demographics and the history of the area, RSM Design presented name studies that enriched the ideas behind the project while also creating a place visitors would connect with as a community gathering place, shopping and restaurant district, as well as, a residential neighborhood. Until completion of the project, the essence of the place will be carried by the name there fore, RSM strived to integrate a name that would be as dynamic and inviting as the rich array of offerings located within the project.
